You will see an index of all email addresses that you have in the Emails part of the Hepsia Control Panel, which comes with all web hosting accounts. For each of them, you'll see a small auto-responder icon and all you will have to do will be to click on it, enter the text that you would like to use and save the changes - it is as easy as that. Configuring an auto-responder for various emails and updating or removing an active auto-responder is just as easy and can be done at any moment. You will see a special icon for any mailbox with an enabled auto-responder in the Emails section, so you will have the ability to keep a count with ease and modify the status of the feature at any moment if needed.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you use a semi-dedicated server package to host your domain names with our company, you'll be able to easily activate the auto-responder feature for any of the mailboxes that you create inside the account. You can do this in the Emails part of our user-friendly Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where one can see a set of your mailboxes. A small icon will highlight which has an active auto-responder and which doesn't. To create, edit or remove a message, click on the matching icon for the specific email, type in the text that you'd like to use, save the changes and you will be all set. If you choose a group of email addresses, you are able to enable or deactivate the option for them in bulk, with just very little efforts.
