Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will grant you full authority over your e-mailbox accounts and mailing lists. Moreover, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and protect your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming email messages on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and define the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply choose the e-mailbox account you would like to forward e-mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
